Payment
We accept several methods of payments including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, check and money order. Our shopping cart is protected by 128-bit encrypted SSL Certificate for the security of your private billing information.

Receipts/Invoices
An electronically generated receipt/invoice will be automatically sent to the email provided by you, the customer. Upon request, we will gladly provide a printed receipt/invoice with the order. If your receipt/invoice was accidentally deleted, lost in spam or never sent - we will happily resend you a copy via email.

Membership Levels
LuChi Life is the wholesale outlet of LuChi LLC for stores, health practitioners, and other means of wholesaling. If you are looking for retail, please visit LuChi Naturals.

Wholesale Membership
In order to qualify as a wholesale member you must be a legal business with an up-to-date Tax ID # or SSN. Health practitioners, health stores, and online retailers qualify for wholesale status. Wholesale pricing is available upon registration for a wholesale account. After registration, a LuChi LLC representative will review application before you will be eligible. 

Wholesale Terms
To qualify for ordering at wholesale, each order must be greater than or equal to $250. Each product must be ordered in a minimum of 6, unless otherwise noted (Omica Shower Filter). A $10 Flat Rate shipping charge applies to all orders <$500. Net 30 days terms are offered, meaning wholesaler has 30 days before payment must be submitted. 

Shipping
LuChi Life wholesale orders are sent either UPS or USPS within 1-2 business days. A $10 flat rate fee is applied to orders <$500. Free shipping for order >$500. Other special shipping may be available upon request.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the shopping cart does not update to show "out of stock" and the product is out of stock, we will contact you with suggestions of products of equivalent quality and price, or put your item on backorder.

Product Descriptions
We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of the products that appear on our site. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the actual colors of the product. All quoted weights and measurements are approximations. Our descriptions are based on many resources including the manufacturing company or distributor and our own research based on various sources.

Returns/Cancellations
Please call or email for prior approval of returns on any item. No returns will be accepted without this prior notification. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days, no exceptions.

Return Policy for Appliances
A 30% restocking fee will be issued for returns of any appliance (juicer, blenders, dehydrators, etc.). Shipping costs will be placed solely on customer (will not deducted from refund total). Please make sure you are aware of item being order and are happy before your purchase is made. If the item is damaged, or the wrong item is sent then we will gladly exchange and/or refund the item and cover shipping costs both ways. 

Return Policy for Non-Perishable Items
Any non-perishable item may be returned unopened, unused and not tampered with, for any reason within 30 days. These returns carry a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is to be covered by customer. Please call prior to return for approval and include a note indicating reason for return, name, telephone number and order ID#.

Return Policy on Perishable Items
Food products may not be returned whether unopened or opened. We do this for our safety as well as the safety of our customers.
